The Weekly Journey: 

Each session is a structured, deep-dive into your energetic blueprint:

- Centering: A grounding meditation to open the space.

- The Theme: An introduction to the specific Planet or Sign of the week.                  

- Experiential Exercises: The heart of the practice—using music, movement, voice, and play to feel the energy.

- Integration: A final circle for sharing and reflection.

Phase 1: Grounding in the Elements and Zodiac Signs.
