ISQH – Refund Policy, Legal Disclaimer & Confidentiality Notice

At ISQH, we strive to deliver high-quality programs and healing sessions conducted with integrity, professionalism, and care.
We understand that unforeseen situations may arise and offer the following refund and cancellation terms.

• 48 hours or more before the session or course start date: Full refund minus a 10% administrative fee to cover transaction and processing costs.
•  Between 24 and 48 hours before: 50% refund of the total fee
• Less than 24 hours before or no-show: No refund will be issued. 
• Courses already started or digital materials accessed: No refunds are possible once access to course content or recordings has been granted, in compliance with EU and international digital-goods regulations.
   

• Individual sessions may be rescheduled once only, with at least 24 hours’ notice. 
• New dates depend on availability and must be confirmed via email or official ISQH contact channels.
   

• Refunds are issued using the same payment method as the original transaction within 10 business days after confirmation. 
• All fees and refunds are processed in euros (€).
   

• In the rare event that ISQH must postpone or cancel a course or session, participants may choose either a full refund or a credit transfer to another edition or program.
   

ISQH and Raquel Sacramento shall not be held liable for any delay, change, or cancellation of sessions or programs due to circumstances beyond reasonable control — including but not limited to illness, accidents, natural disasters, strikes, technical failures, or government restrictions.
In such cases, alternative dates or access options will be provided whenever possible. 

All materials, sessions, communications, and courses offered by ISQH and Raquel Sacramento are designed for educational, spiritual, and personal development purposes only.

CHL® (Crystalline Healing Light) and other Holistic or Quantum Healing techniques and methods are not substitutes for medical, psychological, financial, or professional advice.
Participants are encouraged to consult a licensed healthcare provider, therapist, or other qualified professional before making changes to their health, lifestyle, or financial decisions.

The teachings shared are based on personal experience, research, and spiritual insight, and are intended to support personal growth and wellbeing, not to diagnose, treat, or cure any condition.

All personal information shared in sessions, courses, or communications is treated as strictly confidential.

• Client data and experiences are never shared without written consent. 
• Recording or redistributing ISQH materials is prohibited unless explicitly authorized in writing. 
• ISQH operates in full compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) regarding the collection, use, and protection of personal data.
   

While every effort is made to ensure the accuracy and currency of all materials and communications, occasional errors or omissions may occur. Participants are encouraged to verify critical information independently.
If you identify any outdated or inaccurate content, please contact us so that corrections can be made promptly.

This policy and all services provided by ISQH are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Portugal and the regulations of the European Union.
Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Lisbon, Portugal.

By enrolling in a CHL® session, training course, or program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the ISQH Refund Policy, Legal Disclaimer, and Confidentiality Notice.
Your participation constitutes informed consent and acceptance of these terms.
