 Raquel Sacramento is an internationally recognized Holistic Health Specialist, Evolutionary Mentor, Astrologer, and Wisdom Teacher,    dedicated to the expansion of human consciousness and the restoration of radiant, multidimensional health and harmony.

Her journey in Holistic Healing and Vibrational Medicine began back in 2002 in the mystical lands of Wiltshire, in the United Kingdom, after years of personal practice in Yoga, Meditation, Astrology, and Chi Kung since 1993. 

 Over the last twenty years, she has meticulously researched and mastered a vast spectrum of ancient Wisdom Traditions and Natural Healing modalities—including

Reiki, Crystal Healing, Colour Healing, Flower Remedies, Vibrational Medicine, Ayurveda,  Dowsing, Quantum Psionics, Astrology, Alchemy, Sacred Geometry, and Esoteric Science—supporting and transforming the lives of thousands of people worldwide.

Raquel is also the creator of the "CHL Crystalline Healing Light® system", an advanced quantum healing modality developed since 2018, which she continues to expand through ongoing research, professional practice, personalised healing sessions, and teaching.  

She founded the International School of Quantum Healing (ISQH) in 2016, offering live training in Portugal, Italy, the UK (London and Sussex), and China (Beijing), as well as many online programs and workshops with students and practitioners from across the globe.

A passionate advocate of Soul Astrology,  Raquel developed a signature year-long training program in Karmic and Transpersonal Astrology, designed to help souls decode their cosmic purpose. 

She also provides personalized Holistic Health programs, including energetic assessments, lifestyle guidance, and tailored recommendations based on natural supplements, superfoods, and adaptogens.

Raquel has traveled to over 40 countries, conducting archaeological and energetic research at sacred sites, from the ancient temples of Egypt to sacred lands in India, Mexico, Nepal, Bali, Morocco, and beyond. Between 2012 and 2017, she founded and directed "Nova Terra", a pioneering Natural Healing Centre in Cascais, Portugal - one of the largest in Europe, uniting over 20 practitioners and teachers to offer holistic services and training programs
