Raquel Sacramento

Raquel Sacramento is an internationally recognized holistic health specialist, mentor, astrologer, and teacher, devoted to helping individuals expand their consciousness, restore radiant health, and awaken to their highest potential.

Her journey in Holistic Healing and Vibrational Medicine began in 2002 in the mystical lands of Wiltshire, UK, after years of personal practice in Yoga, Meditation, Astrology, and Chi Kung since 1994. Since then, she has studied, researched, and practiced a wide range of natural healing modalities—including Reiki, Crystal Healing, Colour Healing, Flower Remedies, Vibrational Medicine, Ayurveda, Quantum Psionics, Astrology, Alchemy, Sacred Geometry, and Esoteric Science—supporting and transforming the lives of thousands of people worldwide.

Raquel is the creator of the CHL Crystalline Healing Light® system, an advanced quantum healing modality developed in 2018, which she continues to expand through ongoing research, professional practice, and teaching.

 She founded the International School of Quantum Healing (ISQH) in 2016, offering live training in Portugal, Italy, the UK (London and Sussex), and China (Beijing), as well as dozens of online programs and workshops with students from across the globe. Her courses integrate practical healing techniques with spiritual insight, guiding students toward conscious living and mastery of holistic therapies.

A passionate advocate of Soul Astrology, Raquel created a year-long training program in Karmic and Transpersonal Astrology, helping students understand their soul’s purpose and its cosmic influences. 

She also provides personalized holistic health programs, including energetic assessments, lifestyle guidance, and tailored recommendations based on natural supplements, superfoods, and adaptogens.

Raquel has traveled to over 40 countries, conducting archaeological and energetic research at sacred sites, from the ancient temples of Egypt to sacred lands in India, Mexico, Nepal, Bali, Morocco, and beyond. This extensive global experience informs her integrative approach, combining ancient wisdom, modern science, and quantum healing to benefit mind, body, and spirit.

Between 2012 and 2017, she founded and directed "Nova Terra", a pioneering Yoga and Natural Healing Centre in Cascais, Portugal, uniting over 20 practitioners and teachers to offer holistic services and training programs.

Today, Raquel continues to positively impact individuals from all corners of the world—including Portugal, Brazil, USA, Canada, UK, Ireland, Scotland, France, Belgium, Italy, Spain, Switzerland, Denmark, Russia, Ukraine, India, China, Australia, and beyond.
