Raquel Sacramento is a renowned international teacher, healer, astrologer, and mentor, with a profound commitment to helping individuals expand their consciousness and restore radiant health. 

She embarked on her journey into Holistic Healing and Vibrational Medicine in 2002, while living in the mystical land of Wiltshire, United Kingdom. 

Since then, she has been dedicated to studying, researching, and practicing a wide variety of Natural Healing Wisdom Traditions and Holistic Therapies, including Reiki, Crystal Healing, Colour Healing, Flower Remedies, Vibrational Medicine, Astrology, Alchemy, Sacred Geometry, Symbology,, Metaphysics, Ayurveda, Yoga, Meditation, Spiritual Healing, and Quantum Psionics. 

Raquel has touched and transformed the lives of thousands of people globally, offering guidance, support, and healing across the world.

As a passionate teacher and mentor, Raquel has been offering courses, workshops, and webinars in Self-Development, Holistic Health, and Vibrational Healing for many years. She is the creator of the CHL Quantum Healing system—Crystalline Healing Light®, an advanced healing modality she developed in 2018 and continues to expand through her personal experiences, ongoing research, and professional practice.

Raquel's teaching journey began in 2016 when she was invited to teach Quantum Psionics and CHL Certified Training Courses in the United Kingdom. In 2018, she further expanded her reach to Beijing, China, where she taught intensive live courses. 

Today, Raquel offers a variety of online training courses and workshops through the International School of Quantum Healing (ISQH), where she has already trained hundreds of healers and holistic practitioners worldwide.

Raquel is also deeply passionate about Soul Astrology, which led her to create a comprehensive year-long training program based on Karmic Astrology, Transpersonal Astrology, and Esoteric Science. This course offers students a deep dive into the principles of chart delineation and interpretation, providing them with the tools to understand their soul’s purpose and its cosmic influences.

In addition to her work as a teacher, Raquel provides personalized Holistic Health programs and one-on-one healing sessions. These include a thorough energetic assessment, examining factors such as cellular vitality, immunity, toxicity, and oxidative stress, followed by personalized counseling and guidance based on more than 150 natural supplements, superfoods, and adaptogens.

Raquel embraces her life’s calling to share Higher Love, Wisdom, and Truth to help others expand their consciousness and restore holistic health and well-being. Her personal mission is to become an agent of transformation through Love, supporting individuals to awaken to their true potential.

Born in Lisbon, Portugal, Raquel has lived abroad in France, England, and Italy for many years.. She currently resides in Cascais, Portugal, by the ocean, where she enjoys life with her young son and their beloved cat.

Raquel holds a diverse background in Law and Marketing, with experience as a Project Manager, Marketing Manager, and Consultant in the corporate world. However, she always felt a deep calling toward Healing, Spirituality, and the exploration of Ancient Traditions, Philosophy, History, Egyptology, Astrology, and Esoteric Science. From a young age, Raquel’s soul was drawn to the mysteries of life and the spiritual realms.

Raquel has also practiced Yoga and Meditation for over 30 years. She has traveled to more than 35 countries, embarking on spiritual journeys to many sacred sites across the globe. From the ancient temples of Egypt—where she led spiritual trips—to the sacred lands of Mexico, India, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Bali, Morocco, England, Scotland, Ireland, France, Italy, Germany, Switzerland, Netherlands, Spain, USA, Cuba, Brazil, Argentina, Uruguay, and beyond, Raquel has gained deep insights into the spiritual teachings of different cultures.

Raquel is an eternal student of the Sacred Wisdom Traditions, continually researching both ancient and modern approaches to Spirituality, Energy Medicine, and Healing. She combines Vibrational Medicine, Quantum Physics, and New Consciousness with Soul Astrology and Esoteric Science, creating an integrative healing approach to benefit mind, body, and spirit.

Between 2012 and 2017, Raquel also founded and directed Nova Terra, a pioneering Yoga & Natural Healing Clinic and Training Centre in Cascais, Portugal. This project brought together over 20 natural health practitioners and teachers, offering a wide variety of holistic healing modalities to the local and international community.
